{{Character_Info}}
The translation for the Japanese name of the Strangers is unofficial.
The Stranger (Japanese: なぞの男, Nazo no Otoko [lit. Mysterious Man]) is a type of enemy Runestone Bearer in Lost Kingdoms II. There are seven Strangers in total that can be fought.
Appearance
All Strangers look mostly the same. They are all muscular men who wear robes and belts made of head shaped beads around their waists, odd conical hats on their heads that have bald-head shaped objects sewn onto them with veils on the back, masks on their faces, and rosary-like necklaces with egg and hand shaped beads around their necks.
Summary
The Strangers are all members of the Isamat Urbur cult. The members of this cult believe their bodies are useless, and they want their souls to leave their bodies for an unknown reason. They can accomplish this in a way, but only if they are killed. When they die, their souls become Runestones. According to Gurd, this is unusual because only the ancient gods have the power to make Runestones.
If all seven Strangers are killed and their Runestones are placed in the altars in the central room of Isamat Urbur, Tara will obtain the Stone of Sealing, and the level will be cleared.
Ruldo Forest
When Tara travels off the main path, she finds a Stranger. When approaching this mysterious man, he says something in an odd language attacks her. Tara fights back and wins. The Stranger is absorbed into his Runestone as he dies.
Sacred Battle Arena 1
A Stranger barged in to Sacred Battle Arena 1, the home of Gurd. Gurd asks Tara to get rid of him, so Tara does. When he is defeated, he too is absorbed into his Runestone. When returning to Gurd to report the death of the Stranger, Gurd becomes puzzled and mentions that only the gods have the power to turn people into Runestones. Gurd gives Tara the Strange Key, something the Stranger had dropped earlier.
Nobleman's Residence
One of the Strangers is implied to be the owner of the Nobleman's Residence. According to a Red Fairy, when no one is around the owner of the mansion wears a mask.
When Tara obtained the Strange Key, she became able to open the sealed doors of the Nobleman's Residence. Here she finds one of the Strangers and defeats him. She explores further and finds a map leading to a place called "Isamat Urbur".
