The Stranger who wields the Eno Runestone is an enemy Runestone Bearer found in Ruldo Forest. He is the first of the Strangers that can be encountered. Defeating him and collecting his Runestone along with all other enemy Strangers is required to clear the optional level known as Isamat Urbur.
Appearance
The Stranger who wields the Eno Runestone, like all other Strangers, is a muscular, shirtless, bald man who has a checker patterned book with a yellow Runestone embedded in the front cover that he carries in his left hand. He wears the same type of outfit and has the same type Runestone as all the other Strangers, but both the color of the book his Runestone is in and the colors of his outfit are unique to him.
The hat and robe this Stranger wears are both black, and his mask is blue on one side and white on the other. The beads of his necklace and the heads on his belt are white. His veil, the eyes of the head shaped objects on his hat and his belt, the string of his necklace, and the cover of the book he carries are magenta.

- Like all Strangers fought, this Stranger's Runestone is named after numbers using the Isamat Urbur cult's language, which is a mix of backwards English and Japanese. His Runestone's name is based on the number "One".
- This Stranger's written dialogue is based only on Japanese words. This dialogue can be deciphered as "Tamashii ni naru...", which can be translated as "Become a soul-egg..."
