The Stranger who wields the Nebeth Runestone is an enemy Runestone Bearer found in Isamat Urbur.
Appearance
The Stranger who wields the Nebeth Runestone, like all other Strangers, is a muscular, shirtless, bald man who has a checker patterned book with a yellow Runestone embedded in the front cover that he carries in his left hand. He wears the same type of outfit and has the same type Runestone as all the other Strangers, but the color of the book his Runestone is in and the colors and patterns on his outfit are unique to him.
This Stranger's entire hat and robe are both tan and speckled with leopard spots. His mask is burgundy on one side and white on the other. The beads of his necklace and the heads on his belt are white. His veil, the eyes of the head shaped objects on his hat and his belt, and the string of his necklace, and the cover of the book he carries are all sea green.

- Like all Strangers fought, this Stranger's Runestone is named after numbers using the Isamat Urbur cult's language, which is a mix of backwards English and Japanese. His Runestone's name is based on the number "Seven".
