Puppet Masters can be found as enemies in Isamat Urbur and in Level 18 of the Proving Grounds.

  • By capturing one in Isamat Urbur.
  • By choosing one in the Level Bonus for Isamat Urbur. Only 1 Puppet Master card is available. This Level Bonus can only be accessed once.
  • By upgrading an Anarchy Owl card with 13000 EXP.
  • By opening a chest in Royal Tower, Lower. Found in the left corner of the area past the water reservoir. Requires a flying Transform type card to reach.
  • By capturing one in Level 18 of the Proving Grounds.
  • By choosing his card in the Level Bonus for Level 18 of the Proving Grounds. Only 1 Puppet Master card is available. This Level Bonus can be accessed again anytime the level is cleared with at least 1 rating star.
  • By importing cards from a Lost Kingdoms save file after clearing Sacred Battle Arena 2. The option to do this can only be taken once.
  • By copying one using 28000 EXP.
