The Anarchy Owl (Japanese: ミスターリバース, Mister Reverse) is a Wood attribute creature and a Helper type card in Lost Kingdoms II.
In RUNE II, Anarchy Owls can be found as enemies in Level 9 of the Proving Grounds.
Appearance
Anarchy Owl is carefully holding a strange mechanism in both hands. It is described as bizarre and magical.
Obtainability
- By capturing one in Level 9 of the Proving Grounds, but only in RUNE II.
- By choosing one in the Level Bonus for Level 9 of the Proving Grounds. Only 1 Anarchy Owl card is available. This Level Bonus can be accessed whenever the level is cleared with at least 1 rating star.
- By transforming a CircaSaurus with 7500 EXP
- By copying one with 9600 EXP
Strategies
As a Card
Anarchy Owl is only useful in multiplayer with no other uses. He will reverse the opponents controls making it harder to fight until Anarchy Owl dies.
As a Monster
In Lost Kingdoms II, the Anarchy Owl does not appear as an enemy monster. However, in the Japanese release, known as RUNE II, it does.
As an enemy the Anarchy Owl has no attacks, but its unique skill will reverse the player's controls. It can be frustrating when trying to avoid this, as attempting to move away from its area of effect will often cause the player to run right back into it.
