Strategies

As a Card

The Wraith attacks by raining down five icicles in a random pattern that spread out once they hit the ground. Since the attack lands a few steps away from the player and the summoning cutscene can interrupt the flow of battle, getting used to where it lands can be tricky.

As a Card

The Wraith card is much more useful in the sequel than it was in the first game. Since the typing of the Wraith was changed from Summons to Weapon, the lack of a summoning cutscene makes it faster and easier to use, and it can now be used more than once per card.

The Wraith attacks by quickly raining down three icicles in a horizontal line a couple of steps from the player, a slightly shorter distance away compared to its attack in the first game. The icicles spread out once they hit the ground and are capable of damaging enemies more than once per use. This attack also has a new healing ability; when enemies are damaged by a Wraith card, it will restore some Hit Points the player.

A Wraith card can also be used in the Phantom BullDozer combo with one Lich card and one Sekmet card. It requires nine Magic Stones to activate.
