  • Can be purchased from the Apothecary Shop 4 or 11 for 270G
  • By capturing one in Rohbach
  • By opening a chest in Rohbach. Found in the second reachable chest in a row of two on the left side of the frozen lake.
  • By copying one using 1500 EXP

Strategies

The Land Shark has the ability to move underground, showing only a shadow and a dorsal fin. The Land Shark is also very maneuverable. With its combined speed and underground movement it is a monster that is extremely hard to hit.

Land Sharks can be found as enemies in the Upper Chambers of the Runestone Caverns.

Obtainability

  • By upgrading a Flying Ray with 6000 EXP
  • By capturing one in the Upper Chambers
  • By opening a chest in the Upper Chambers. Found on the 1st floor, past several small crystals on the lower path of the room with the 1st Magic Booster.
  • By opening a chest in the Upper Chambers, but only in the US and PAL versions of Lost Kingdoms II. Found on the 2nd floor, behind the large crystal formation next to the 2nd Magic Booster. Requires a Power, Transform type card, and for the switch in Ruldo Forest to be activated.
  • By choosing its card in the Level Bonus for the Upper Chambers of the Runestone Caverns. 3 Land Shark cards are available. This Level Bonus can only be accessed once in the US and PAL versions, but in RUNE II, it can be accessed again anytime the Brine Dragon is defeated.
  • By importing cards from a Lost Kingdoms save file after clearing sacred Battle Arena 2. This can only be done once.
  • By copying one using 8000 EXP
