{{Card_Template}}The Demon Hound (Japanese: テラービースト, Terror Beast) is a Wood attribute creature and an Independent type card introduced in Lost Kingdoms.

Demon Hounds can be found as enemies in Lumsted.

Appearance

The Demon Hound is a green dog with blue legs, red eyes, and a black mane and tail. It has bony protrusions along the back of its neck and growing out of its mane.

Obtainability

  • By finding the card hidden under an animal skeleton in front of the sealed cave in Gromtull Desert.
  • By transforming a Land Shark card with 1000 EXP
  • By transforming a Chimera card with 1000 EXP
  • By transforming a Trickster card with 1000 EXP
  • By capturing one in Lumsted
  • By purchasing one from Shop 4 or 11 of the Apothecary for 360G
  • By opening a chest in Hupon-Jen. Found on the path between the 2nd and 3rd arenas.
  • By copying one using 1500 EXP

Strategies

?

As a Card

The Demon Hound is essentially a counterpart to the Land Shark, as both have evasive moves that move them backwards before striking.

It tends to be a bit hit or miss, since the Demon Hound will generally be seen leaping back when it has an opening to attack. Despite this, it can serve as a good back-up and ally to other monsters that need to knock foes off-balance.
