  • The starting deck contains 1 Lycanthrope
  • By capturing one in Blessoon
  • By finding a hidden card in Blessoon. Found in the 1st part of the level, under a breakable barrel in a destroyed building full of barrels.
  • By opening a chest in Blessoon. Found in the optional area, in a row of 2 chest by a fence between a path blocked by rubble and a damaged gate. This card is in the chest closest to the gate.
  • By choosing one in the Level Bonus for Blessoon. 2 Lycanthrope cards are available.
  • By finding a hidden card in Dahl-Nok Valley. Found in a dead end, on a tree stump by the fourth beehive.
  • By opening a chest in Gromtull Desert. Found next to the blocked level exit in the corner of the ruins.
  • By finding the card hidden in the hand of a dead Warrior of Wyht in the Castle of Wyht. This Warrior is on the 1st floor, in the room with the left elevator. He will reappear whenever the level is visited, so the card can be obtained this way multiple times.
  • By transforming a Birdman for 1000 EXP
  • By copying one using 700 EXP

  • Helena uses Lycanthrope cards in the boss battle for the Castle Grayl.
  • The Lycanthrope makes an apprearance in one of two versions of official art for RUNE II, the Japanese version of Lost Kingdoms II, that shows Tara surrounded by many monsters. The version the Lycanthrope is found in shows several monsters taken from the art of their cards in the original Lost Kingdoms game, the Lycanthrope included. In this image, it can be found in the lower right corner behind the Elf's bow and the Mandragora.

  • By purchasing one from a Card Shop for 375G. Available at the Cathedral Card Shop and in the post-game inventories of both shops.
  • By capturing one in Level 10 of Proving Grounds
  • By receiving one as a Level Bonus reward in Level 10 of Proving Grounds. Only 1 Lycanthrope card is available. This Level Bonus can be accessed whenever the level is cleared with at least 1 rating star.
  • By importing cards from a Lost Kingdoms save file after clearing Sacred Battle Arena 2. This can only be done once.
  • By copying one using 2500 EXP
