Glitches

  • While the Band of the Scorpion is in the Upper Chambers of the Runestone Caverns, interacting with any of the Fellow Bandits while Tara is in the form of a monster (from either using any Transform type card, or using the Stone Cold Sniper combo) will trigger unique responses. The two Fellow Bandits closest to the gate and the one by the Kendarie Runestones are all meant to visibly panic when Tara speaks to them as monster as well, but due to a glitch, doing this in the US version to the one by the Runestones will make him freeze in place instead. However, this glitch is absent from RUNE II, the Japanese version.

Trivia

  • Although hard to see in-game, the parts of the Fellow Bandits' faces that are covered by a veil are modeled and textured.
  • During the boss battle in the Lower Chambers, two Fellow Bandits will be on the floor. In the US version, the model for one bandit was incorrectly placed. While he is supposed to be completely on the ground, his face is in it while the rest of his body is above it at an acute angle. The placement of his model was fixed in RUNE II.
