By opening a chest in Blessoon. Found by the ruins of a building with the note on cleaning the fountain inside of it.
By choosing one in the Level Bonus for Blessoon. Three Plague Rat cards are available.
By transforming a Carbuncle card with 1000 EXP
Can be purchased from the Apothecary Shop 7 or 11 for 60G
By opening a chest in Ruh-Arok Temple. Found in the second reachable chest in a row of two by the right wall before the staircase leading to the room with orange marble flooring.
By copying one using 700 EXP

As a Card

The Plague Rat is almost universally useless.It does not attack by itself, instead it's special ability causes the damage by Poison to be increased. As a combination with Hydra, this can be lethal but against stronger monsters this rat won't last long.
