lk1 alanjeh castle map of argwyll.png The Five Kingdoms of Argwyll are the 5 kingdoms inside the land of Argwyll. Hundreds of years prior to the events of Lost Kingdoms, the God of Destruction , God of Creation , and the God of Harmony created the five kingdoms, but the aftermath of the creation of the kingdoms was not easy. The Gods eventually fought over the kingdoms, causing the God of Harmony to sacrifice itself to seal the other two gods away in order to keep them at bay. The role of the 5 kingdoms is to protect the Runestones as set forth by the "Great One" (the God of Harmony). The Five Kingdoms had signed a Sacred Covenant, making each Kingdom responsible for guarding their Runestone for all of eternity.

The map of Argwyll in Lost Kingdoms displays 4 of the 5 kingdoms on the map in seemingly one continent. 200 years after Katia had brought together all of the five kingdoms to form one single Kingdom of Argwyll, the events of Lost Kingdoms II take place. Although bringing together the kingdoms brought peace, it went against the Sacred Covenant and the wishes of the God of Harmony.
