  • By capturing one on the Bridge of Sarvan
  • By choosing one in the Level Bonus for the Bridge of Sarvan. 2 Evil Eye cards are available.
  • By transforming a Sea Monk card with 1000 EXP
  • By purchasing one from Shops 7 or 11 at the Apothecary for 300G
  • By opening a chest in Lumsted. Found by the level's border to the left of the large tree by the steps leading to the small house next to a well.
  • By transforming a Cyclops card with 700 EXP
  • By copying one using 700 EXP

The version the Evil Eye is found in shows several monsters taken from the art of their cards in the original Lost Kingdoms game, the Evil Eye included. In this image, it can be found behind the Banshee, Cerberus, and Demon Fox.

  • By opening a chest in Gromtull Desert. Found by the level's edge between the black liquid and the cave nearby.
  • By capturing one at Sarvan
  • By importing cards from a Lost Kingdoms save file after clearing Sacred Battle Arena 2. The option to do this can only be taken once.
  • By copying one using 10000 EXP
