Baba Yagas can be found as enemies in Obenoix Gorge.

- By opening a chest in the Upper Chambers of the Runestone Caverns. Found in the largest room on the 1st floor, on the steps of the bank with the ruins. Requires a flying Transform type card to reach it.
- By upgrading a Witchlette card using 14000 EXP
- By copying one using 18000 EXP

While the Baba Yaga is powered up by a Magic Booster, she will sweep faster when idle and fly forward through the air with one hand outstretched when moving. Her movement speed is greatly increased, but unlike the other powered up states of the Transform type cards without a Jump skill, she cannot damage enemies or destroy obstacles while moving.

Trivia
- Baba Yaga is a famous figure in Slavic folklore, a witch depicted as either a wicked child-eater or a grandmotherly figure. She rides a flying mortar and lives in an animated hut with chicken legs.
- Despite the card profile saying the Baba Yaga can render herself invisible to enemies, she is unable to. However, a similar ability is utilized by both the Popgun Charlie and the Lamassu in RUNE II.
- The the Baba Yaga and the Water Elemental each share a matching symbol. This symbol is found on the back of the Baba Yaga's cape, all four sides of the handle of the Baba Yaga's sugar bowl lid hat, and the Water Elemental's hat.
