The Acid Cloud (Japanese: アシッドクラウド, Acid Cloud) is an Earth attribute creature and a Independent type card introduced in Lost Kingdoms II.
Acid Clouds can be found as enemies in Level 9 of the Proving Grounds.
Appearance
The Acid Cloud is a floating, metallic, drop-shaped, liquid creature with smaller droplets hanging underneath it. It has a small circle for a face and has two red dots for eyes. As it floats, it constantly drips over the battlefield. The fallen droplets let off a rising cloud of steam as they touch the ground.
Obtainability
- By defeating the five Sandworms for Jarvi and talking to him afterwards in the sidequest available for Gromtull Desert. This sidequest is available after he has been rescued, but only in the Japanese release known as RUNE II. This card can only be obtained this way once, as Jarvi leaves after it has been completed the first time.
- By capturing one in Level 10 of the Proving Grounds.
- By choosing its card in the Level Bonus for Level 10 of the Proving Grounds. Only one Acid Cloud card is available to choose from in this Level Bonus, but it can be accessed again anytime the level is cleared with at least one rating star.
- By copying one using 16000 EXP.

As a Monster
The Acid Cloud is difficult to hit with most cards, as it floats in the air and its hitbox is even higher than itself. While the Dao card in the western releases of Lost Kingdoms II is difficult to use in most cases, his Rock Train attack is one of the few that can reach the Acid Cloud. Fenril cards can also be used, as its Apocalypse skill will heavily damage all Earth creatures nearby.
