The Sacred Umpire (Japanese: カミノシンパン, Kami No Shinpan) is a Mech attribute creature and a Summons type card introduced in Lost Kingdoms II.
Appearance
The Sacred Umpire is a strange Mech monster comprised of four floating spheres.
Obtainability
- By defeating Leod VIII at Sacred Battle Arena 2 for the first time
- By copying one using 60000 EXP, but only in RUNE II, the Japanese version of Lost Kingdoms II

As a Card
Each of the spheres composing the Sacred Umpire has a different effect. its Final Decree attack will randomly choose one of these skills to devastating effects. Not all of them are beneficial to the summoner.
As a Monster
The Sacred Umpire does not appear as an enemy, but it is summoned by Leod the 8th.

Trivia
- Alongside the Chameleus and Crystal Magic card, the Sacred Umpire is a fan-created card as part of an illustration contest hosted by V Jump magazine. As listed in the special thanks of the game's credits, the card's designer is Takao Kawanishi.
- Unlike most Mech cards, the Sacred Umpire's Japanese name isn't based on a demon from the Ars Goetia. It's name, Kami No Shimpan, means "Judgement of God". Shinpan (審判) can also mean "Umpire".
- During the battles with Leod VIII in Royal Tower, Middle and at Sacred Battle Arena 2, the Sacred Umpire cards he uses will always perform the blue orb's attack.
- In RUNE II, Sacred Umpire is the only Summons type card without a B Button skill.
