In RUNE II, the Japanese version, this Level Bonus can be accessed multiple times whenever the Japan exclusive optional mission is cleared with at least 1 rating star.

- By choosing one in the Level Bonus for Royal Tower, Lower, but only in RUNE II. Only 1 LazerBug 39K is available. This Level Bonus can only be accessed twice.
- By choosing one in the Level Bonus for Sacred Battle Arena 2, but only in the US and PAL versions. There are 6 LazerBug 39K cards available, but the max amount that can be chosen in one draw is 3. This Level Bonus can be accessed whenever the level is cleared with at least 1 rating star.

- Like most Mech cards, the LazerBug 39K's Japanese name, Vassa, is taken from a demon in the Ars Goetia, referencing the Prince Vassago.
- The Monster Profile of the LazerBug 39K mentions a Kendarie assault on Bhashea. This is most likely an error, as it was not Bhashea that was under attack by them, but Alanjeh.
