Venom Lizards can be found as rare enemies at the Plains of Rowahl in a corner on the right side of the Goblin Fort.

Appearance

Basilisk, Lizardman, Red Lizard, and Venom Lizard are all palette swaps.

Obtainability

By capturing one in a rare encounter at the Plains of Rowahl
By transforming a Lizardman card with 3000 EXP
By transforming a Ghoul card with 2000 EXP
By receiving one as a reward at Lumsted. It is given for winning 6-8 battles before purifying the 4^th well.
By copying one using 2000 EXP

As a Card

The Venom Lizard is a very useful card. Its Lethal Poison attack is fast, can poison enemies, and can be used up to four times per card. In Lost Kingdoms, this attack also has vampiric properties and will restore some of Katia's Hit Points if she isn't at full health.

By upgrading a Lizardman with 2000 EXP
By upgrading a Red Lizard with 2000 EXP
By upgrading a Basilisk with 2000 EXP
By opening a chest at Kendarie Fortress, but only in the US and PAL versions of Lost Kingdoms II. Found in the lower left room in the area with 3 searchlights. This card was replaced with 100 Magic Stones in RUNE II, the Japanese version.
By capturing one in Level 2 of the Proving Grounds
By choosing its card in the Level Bonus for Level 2 of the Proving Grounds. Only 1 Venom Lizard card is available. This Level Bonus can be accessed again whenever the level is cleared with at least 1 rating star.
By importing cards from a Lost Kingdoms save file after clearing Sacred Battle Arena 2. The option to do this can only be taken once.
By copying one using 2500 EXP

As a Card

The Venom Lizard card is unfortunately not as useful of a card as it was in the first game. The amount of times it can be used was decreased from four to three and it's attack no longer has vampiric properties, so Tara can't heal herself with it.
