- By opening a chest in Grenfoel Cathedral. Found in the corner between the organ and a window.
- By upgrading a Decoy Pillar card with 20000 EXP
- By capturing one in Level 6 of the Proving Grounds
- By choosing one in the Level Bonus for Level 6 of the Proving Grounds. Only 1 Gravity Pillar card is available. This Level Bonus can be accessed whenever the level is cleared with at least 1 rating star.
- By copying one using 40000 EXP

- A Gravity Pillar appears in the Lost Kingdoms II Neutral attribute themed loading screen along with a Dark Sprite, an Incubus, a Succubus, and a Thanatos. The Gravity Pillar is found behind the Dark Sprite.
- Another appears on an official wallpaper for RUNE II. It is found in the upper right corner behind the Zombie Dragon.
