- By copying one using 6000 EXP.
- By capturing one in Level 16 of the Proving Grounds.
- By choosing one in the level bonus for Level 16 of the Proving Grounds. Only one Rock Hagan is available to choose, but the level bonus can be accessed whenever the level is cleared.
