Phookas an be found as enemies in Level 13 of the Proving Grounds.

- By upgrading a Sprite using 9000 EXP.
- By capturing one in the fight with the Stranger in Sacred Battle Arena 1.
- By capturing one in Level 13 of the Proving Grounds.
- By choosing its card in the Level Bonus for Level 13 of the Proving Grounds. Only one Phooka card is available in this Level Bonus, but it can be accessed again anytime the level is cleared as long as the player has at least one rating star.
- By copying one using 25000 EXP.
